Supreme Olive Oil

Supreme olive oil is an Extra Virgin olive oil from the province of Jaén, the olive-growing region par excellence in Spain. What makes Supremo special is its dedication to monovarietal production, meaning they produce oils from a single olive variety in each edition. This allows the individual characteristics of each type of olive to be appreciated.

Although they may vary depending on the season, it is common to find Supremo oils from varieties such as Picual, which provides intense fruitiness, green notes, and a marked spiciness. They also produce with Royal, sweeter and with fruity aromas; Arbequina, with a milder flavor and notes of apple or banana; or even less common varieties such as Hojiblanca or Cornicabra, each with its own unique profile.

Regardless of the variety, Supremo oils are characterized by their freshness and purity. They are oils with defined aromas, a balance between bitterness and spiciness, and a high antioxidant content. They reflect the care taken in harvesting and processing, seeking to highlight the essence of each type of olive and offer a unique tasting experience.
