This Organic EVOO of the Picual variety is grown on the Los Caños estate, at an altitude of 800 meters, prioritizing sustainability and biodiversity. Harvesting takes place at the end of October, at an early stage of ripeness, using the manual methods of ‘vareo’ (beating) and ‘ordeño’ (milking).
The extraction is carried out cold at 20ºC. Its quality and excellence are supported by multiple Gold Medals in international competitions from 2022 to 2024, including Berlin, Amsterdam, and Ecotrama.
Furthermore, it holds important certifications such as Olivares Vivos (Live Olive Groves) (SEO BirdLife), ISO 9001/14001, and IFS, guaranteeing excellence in quality management, sustainability, and food safety.
