PICUAL variety harvested exclusively at the end of September to preserve all the properties and aromas of the olive, its production is carried out based on a careful evaluation of the harvest times, by cold extraction. It is bottled on demand, decanting naturally, so its consumption is recommended within 50-60 days maximum from bottling. It has the Jaén IGP Guarantee Seal (100% Jaén fruit and production), and includes a high-quality case.
