Unfiltered EVOO, the true OLIVE JUICE, is born in the heart of the Sierra de Cazorla (Jaén). PICUAL variety harvested exclusively at the end of September to preserve all the properties and aromas of the olive, its production is carried out based on a careful evaluation of the harvest times, by cold extraction. It is bottled on demand, decanting naturally, so its consumption is recommended within 50-60 days maximum from bottling. It has the Jaén IGP Guarantee Seal (100% Jaén fruit and production), and includes a high-quality case.
