General contracting conditions

These General Conditions of Contract regulate the use of the website aceitedelcampo.com, property of ALZAYT EXPORT SL, with registered office at Eduardo Boscá 19, 2-546023 – Valencia, email info@aceitedelcampo.com and telephone 640627751 with CIF B98925928.

Any order placed on aceitedelcampo.com necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and indispensable condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Client of the General Conditions of Use in force on the day the corresponding order is placed. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that acceptance of these conditions will imply their application to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, except in those cases in which new conditions are brought to their attention.

Users

In order to purchase any of the products shown on aceitedelcampo.com, the user must be legally qualified in accordance with Spanish law.

Purchase procedure

Choose: Choose the desired product, click on it, and you will see a detailed description of it. You can add it to your shopping cart from the product itself.

Purchase: Once in the cart, you will have to follow the steps established for confirming the purchase and provide the required information.

Confirmation: Once you have identified yourself, all that remains is to confirm the order.

When you complete your order, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order and specifying all the details of the order. If you notice an error in the address provided or any other point of the order, you must immediately notify info@aceitedelcampo.com so that we can correct the error.

Prices

Payment Methods

Payment can be made using any of the following methods:

Bank transfer;If you choose to pay by bank transfer, at the end of the purchase process, the account number to which the transfer must be made will be specified, as well as a reference number that must be specified at the time of making the transfer (Order Number). Once your payment has been confirmed, we will proceed to ship your order. This procedure may cause your order to take 2 additional days to arrive.

Shipping

The purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order within a maximum period of 48/72 HOURS.

Shipping costs will be specified at the time of purchase.

Right of Withdrawal

The user may revoke the purchase or withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You also have the option of completing and sending the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement to info@aceitedelcampo.com. If you choose this option, we will inform you without delay, on a durable medium, of receipt of such withdrawal.

If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, aceitedelcampo.com will cover the costs of the return and new shipment.

If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you:

We will refund the amount, including delivery costs (except for delivery costs if you have chosen an option other than ordinary delivery, in this case onlythe costs assigned by the website for ordinary delivery will be refunded) without any undue delay.
The refund will be made no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment as used in the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise, and as long as it does not entail additional costs.
The company reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods, or until you have presented proof of their return, whichever condition is met first.

BREAKAGES AND LOSSES

In the event of breakages or losses, the company reserves the right to refund the customer for the affected units or proceed with a new shipment.

APPLICABLE LAW AND FORUM

This purchasing system is subject to the legislation in force in Spain (Civil Code, Commercial Code, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the regulation of retail trade, Law 7/1998, of the General Conditions of Contracting, Law 26/1984, General for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Royal Decree 1906/1999, of December 17, relating to telephone and electronic contracting with general conditions and Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce).

In accordance with Law 34/2002 of July 11, the contract will be presumed to have been concluded at the seller’s address (Spain) when it comes to businessmen or professionals, and at their habitual residence in the case of CONSUMERS. If, in your case, there are disagreements that may arise as a consequence of this contractual relationship and cannot be resolved amicably, they will be submitted to the Courts that are considered competent in each case.
