Ecoleus Early Harvest Olive Oil
Ecoleus is a high-quality, organic EVOO of the Arbequina variety, produced in La Rioja using mechanical processes. Its climatic and altitude characteristics give it a **unique aroma** and greater health benefits, although its yield per hectare is lower.
In tasting, it offers a balanced medium bitterness and pungency, with aromas of walnut, green almond, artichoke, and tomato.
This oil is ideal for the Mediterranean diet. It has been highly recognized, achieving a score of 88/100 in the Evooleum guide (among the top five Arbequina) and a Gold Medal in the Evo International Olive Oil Contest.
