The Picual variety is characterized by being a robust EVOO, bright green, and very balanced in its typical bitterness and spiciness. It is an extra virgin olive oil with an intense fruitiness, with tasting notes of tomato plant, green almond, and fresh grass.
Among the best qualities of Picual is its great resistance to oxidation, thanks to the significant amount of vitamin E and a large number of antioxidants present, as it is an Early Harvest EVOO, meaning it is harvested early.
