Tasting Notes
EVOO 100% Hojiblanca olive juice, with a very distinct personality. Bright green in color. Fruity and sweet, slightly bitter, and spicy at the end. Aromas of tomato, freshly cut grass, raw almond, apple.
Balanced between aromatic notes and palate sensations. EVOO rated by the tasting panel as Balanced Green Fruity. Los Omeya Fresco Hojiblanca 500ml is only available during the season (approximately until January-February).
