DO Gata-Hurdes

The DO Gata-Hurdes oils are monovarietal Extra Virgin (Virgen Extra), made exclusively with the Manzanilla Cacereña olive. They are greenish-yellow in color, with an intense and complex green fruitiness, highlighting aromas of grass, green leaf, green banana, and apple. On the palate, they present a sweet entry, with a very balanced medium bitterness and pungency (spiciness). They have great stability and purity.
