La Alquería olive oil is an extra virgin olive oil, available in organic and conventional versions, produced in Alicante, near the Mediterranean and the Sierra de Mariola Natural Park.
Its production process is careful: the olives are picked at their peak ripeness and undergo cold extraction in the shortest possible time. Once obtained, the oil is stored in stainless steel tanks, in the dark and at a constant temperature, protected with nitrogen to preserve its freshness and quality. This oil is made from native olive varieties, such as Blanqueta and Alfafarenca, which come from its own centuries-old olive groves. The combination of these traditional varieties and the careful processing results in an oil with unique characteristics. It is certified by the Regulatory Council of the Valencian Community, which ensures its quality and compliance with organic farming practices.
