Alfar La Maja olive oil is an extra virgin olive oil produced in Navarre, primarily using the Arbequina variety. The family-run business harvests the olives early and processes them in less than twelve hours using cold extraction to ensure freshness. The result is a dense, yellowish-green oil with a fruity aroma reminiscent of tomato, grass, artichoke, and apple. On the palate, it is almondy and slightly peppery, with a sweet and smooth finish that makes it very versatile for salads and bread.
