Alfar La Maja olive oil is an extra virgin olive oil produced in Navarre, primarily from the Arbequina variety. The family business harvests the olives early and processes them in less than twelve hours using cold extraction to ensure freshness. The result is a dense, yellowish-green oil with a fruity aroma reminiscent of tomato, grass, artichoke, and apple. On the palate, it is almond-like and slightly spicy, with a sweet, smooth finish that makes it very versatile for salads and bread.
