Surprising for its vibrancy, Alfar La Maja, extra virgin olive oil with body and density. Of greenish-yellow color, it reminds of green and fresh fruits, with a clean aroma featuring notes of tomato plant, tomato, artichoke, grass, apple, banana, and wild fruits.
Our EVOO has an almond-bitter taste, slightly spicy, sweet, and fluid at the end. Specifically for this oil, at the end of October or early November, we harvest the Arbequina olives when they start to change color. In less than twelve hours after harvesting, it is cold-pressed, yielding low fat content but with an enormous intensity of aroma!

The Oil Mill
Founded in 1997, our family business is exclusively dedicated to the production of extra virgin olive oil. Specifically, we are located in a highly fertile area near the Ebro River. Furthermore, the company owns its crops and oil mill, allowing us to maintain total control over the process.
Our oil has a distinctive aroma of tomato and tomato plant, fresh grass, and artichoke, with an almond-bitter taste, a hint of spiciness, and fluid and sweet at the end. For all these qualities, we have been awarded in various international competitions.
Variety of Presentations
We package it in cans, jugs, and bottles. For example, the cans are ideal for preserving the oil, as they prevent light penetration and isolate it well from heat. The jugs are made of hard plastic, lightweight, and manageable, but should be kept in a dark, cool place.
For cans and jugs with a capacity of over 2 liters, it is advisable to transfer the oil to glass oil dispensers. This way, we can avoid opening the containers too often, preventing new oxygen from entering and affecting the oil. The bottles are made of dark glass to protect against light and feature an elegant design. They are in high demand by restaurants with EVOO.
