Oleo Almanzora is a family-run business from Pulpí, Andalusia, that produces high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Their process includes an early harvest and cold extraction (below 27°C) to preserve the oil’s health-promoting components. The brand offers single-variety Arbequina and Koroneiki oils, as well as a blend of both. The Arbequina is ideal for raw consumption, the Koroneiki is ideal for marinating fish, and the blend pairs well with meat and fish. To ensure stability, they only bottle filtered oils and recommend storing them in dark containers in a cool, dry place.
