Picual variety, cultivated in the province of Jaén and harvested during the month of November. This extra virgin olive oil is cold-processed, ideal for all uses but especially recommended for raw consumption.
Hacienda el Palo special selection of olives from family farms at an optimal state of ripening and processed only by mechanical means. A smooth and balanced oil, it provides us with excellent health properties due to its high content of oleic acid and natural antioxidants (vitamin E, polyphenols, etc.).
Ideal juice for making sauces, emulsions, and pastries.
For proper storage, it is essential to keep the oil in a closed container, in a cool place and away from light (especially sunlight).
