Esencial Premium Cristal, EVOO with Sierra de Cazorla Protected Designation of Origin, produced in early November from selected green olives.
The Picual variety is characterized by its bright green, and very balanced in its bitterness and itching characteristic of this variety. It is an extra virgin fruity intense, with tasting notes of tomato plant, green almond and fresh grass.
Among the best qualities of picual is its great resistance to oxidation, thanks to the significant amount of vitamin E and large amount of antioxidants present as it is a Green EVOO, that is, early harvest.
