Picual variety, grown in the province of Jaén and harvested during the month of November. Extra virgin olive oil processed cold, ideal for all uses but especially recommended for raw consumption.
Hacienda el Palo Oils special selection of olives from family farms in an optimal state of veraison and processed only by mechanical procedures. Asoft and balanced oil, it provides us with excellent healthy properties due to its high content of oleic acid and natural antioxidants (vitamin E, polyphenols, etc.).
