Oro Bailén EVOO
All Oro Bailén EVOO comes from our olive groves to guarantee traceability and food safety. Additionally, we bottle each month based on demand, thus preserving the oil in inertized tanks to prevent any type of oxidation. At the foothills of Sierra Morena, these oils feature singular and peculiar fruity and aromatic notes, as well as harmony between fruitiness, bitterness, and spiciness.
Oro Bailén Arbequino
Exceptional, blending the delicacy of the typical aromas of this variety with the strength and character of southern lands. Medium fruitiness of fresh olives, green herb aromas, and fruity notes characteristic of Arbequina olives. Progressive on the palate, with a smooth and delicate entry, very light post-bitter and slightly spicy, harmonious with an almond aftertaste.
Oro Bailén Picual
Bright green color, luminous, with intense fruitiness of fresh olives and great complexity of herbal and fruity aromas, highlighting green banana, almond, and green tomato. Voluminous and well-structured on the palate, very expressive, sweet, and slightly spicy. A balanced and elegant EVOO both on the nose and the palate, with an almond aftertaste.
