Entre Caminos Premium EVOO
All our production of Entre Caminos Premium is from the Hojiblanca variety, cultivated in Córdoba, Málaga, Seville, and Granada. This is an organic extra virgin olive oil from our own early harvest. It has a slightly bitter flavor with a somewhat more intense spiciness. It can easily remind us of fresh grass, olive leaf, almond, and artichoke, and one can also distinguish hints of tomato and apple.
Entre Caminos Premium is ideal for preparing vegetable preserves, for raw use in salads, marinated meats, and oily fish like sardines. It is also perfect for intense emulsions (mayonnaise, aioli, vinaigrettes), as well as cold creams, pasta sauces, or stir-fries.
