Entre Caminos Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
All of our Entre Caminos Premium production is of the variety white leaf, cultivated in Córdoba, Málaga, Seville and Granada. These are organic extra virgin olive oil of own production early, have a slightly bitter taste, with a somewhat more intense spicy touch. It can easily remind us of fresh grass, olive leaf, almond and artichoke; hints of tomato and apple can also be distinguished.
Entre Caminos Premium is ideal for preparing preserved vegetables, for use raw in salads, marinades for meats and oily fish such as sardines. It's also great for rich emulsions (mayonnaise, aioli, vinaigrettes), cold soups, pasta sauces, and stir-fries.
