Los Omeya Fresco Hojiblanca is an EVOO from an Early Harvest, produced by the La Unión Cooperative using the best Hojiblanca olives (tree-shaken olives, or “olives de vuelo”). Immediate and mechanical extraction ensures maximum freshness and fragrance.
This 100% Hojiblanca juice is bright green in color, with a distinct personality. It is fruity and sweet, with a slight bitterness and spiciness at the end. Prominent aromas include tomato, freshly cut grass, almond, and apple.
Classified as a Balanced Green Fruitiness, this EVOO is only available until approximately January-February, reflecting the Cooperative’s constant desire for innovation and quality since 1979.
