Sabor d’Oro Tradición, harvested on the first day of the season, delivers a limited edition oil that is designed for lovers of traditional oil. It is also available as RAMA or unfiltered, just as it was enjoyed in the past.
This allows the flavor of the entire olive pulp to be present in the oil. It is the result of generations of olive growers’ tradition encapsulated in this sleek bottle, with an intense flavor and dark green color.
It holds the best oil of the season, the family reserve, selected from the olives of the first day of harvest in October. This makes it a very special oil, both for its high chlorophyll content, hence its vibrant intense green color, and for its exceptional organoleptic properties.

On the palate, it has a characteristic personality of early oils from Jaén, with a velvety spiciness that progressively appears in the retronasal cavity.
The green nuances that appeared on the palate reappear on the nose, although this time with a slight touch of artichoke and green almond.
