Sabor d’Oro Verde EVOO
Sabor d’Oro Verde is an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality, harvested between mid-October and early November. Made from the Picual variety, it has a strong character, with very pleasant notes of bitterness and spiciness, characteristic of the Jaén region.
This precious juice is obtained by pressing the first green olives of October that arrive from the field to the mill in less than three hours.
Tasting Notes
On the nose, it is fresh and complex, expressing fruitiness of very fresh herbaceous notes and touches of arugula and artichoke. You can also appreciate fruity notes of green banana, tomato plant, and green almond.
An excellent aroma, with a progressively velvety and very pleasant spiciness accompanied by a bitterness characteristic of such green fruits. Its texture enhances the quality of the juice, with body and good density, characteristics of a cold-extracted oil.
