Sabor d'Oro Verde EVOO
Sabor d'Oro Verde, extra virgin olive oil early high-end, whose harvest takes place between mid-October and early November. Picual variety, with a strong character, with very pleasant notes of bitterness and spiciness, so characteristic of the Jaén area.
This precious juice is obtained by squeezing the first green olives of October that arrive in less than three hours from field to the olive mill.
Tasting Notes
On the nose, it is fresh and complex, expressing fruity aromas of very fresh herbs and notes of arugula and artichoke. Fruity notes of green banana, tomato, and green almond are also present.
An excellent aroma, with a very pleasant, progressive, and velvety spiciness accompanied by a characteristic bitterness from the very green fruit. Its texture complements the quality of the juice, with body and good density, characteristics of a cold-pressed oil.
