Casas de Hualdo, Extra Virgin oils in which, above the spicy and bitter, fruity notes predominate.

It is indeed an EVOO full of aromas, of medium intensity.

In addition, in the tasting notes, we perceive memories of artichoke, tomato leaves, freshly cut grass, almond and apple.

Testing it shows its smoothness and structure, a truly interesting product.

It is actually an extra virgin olive oil that is very fruity to the taste, sweet and suggestive.

In particular, the fruity notes on the nose are not masked by bitterness and spiciness.

Arbequina

Harmonious, fragrant and balanced. With aroma of tomato leaves, freshly cut grass, artichoke, apple and banana.

Cornicabra

The Cornicabra is the most traditional in our area. With a high amount of antioxidants, they give it a multitude of green leaf and apple aromas. The only one with Montes de Toledo Denomination of Origin.

Chamomile

Picual

Almazara Casas de Hualdo

El Carpio de Tajo (Toledo), our farm contains more than 300,000 olive trees, at a height of between 400 and 600 meters.
