Oro San Carlos Olive Oil
Oro San Carlos is a limited production EVOO, a blend of Arbequina and Cornicabra, harvested 15 days earlier in the unique microclimate of Cáceres to achieve maximum fruitiness. Its flavor is pleasant and complex, with notes of freshly cut grass and green almond.
It is produced exclusively using cold mechanical procedures, with minimal acidity (less than 1%) and free of additives.
To preserve this fresh product and prevent oxidation, it must be protected from light, heat, and oxygen. It is advisable to store it in a cool, dark place, consume it within a couple of weeks after opening, and avoid large formats or oils exposed to light on shelves.
