Varieties
- Picual: intense green fruity, aromas of grass, tomato, and olive leaf, with hints of almond and artichoke. In the mouth, very balanced, medium-low bitterness and more intense spiciness.
- Arbequina: intense green fruity, aromas of almond, tomato, and banana, interesting notes of green grass and apple. In the mouth, very balanced with light bitterness and medium-low spiciness.
- Frantoio: complex and harmonious green olive fruity. On the nose, green leaf appears with an herbal touch, accompanied by fruits like banana, artichoke, apple, and green almond or “alloza”.
- Nevadillo: medium-high green fruity, aromas of green grass and tomato, notes of artichoke, fig tree, and almond, apple to a lesser extent. In the mouth, light bitterness and medium spiciness, at the same time pleasant, complex, and balanced.
