Cladivm Olive Oil
Cladivm, Hojiblanca, Picual, and Picudo are the single-varietal oils extracted by Aroden. Specifically, these are Extra Virgin oils from early harvest and green olives, with the greenest and freshest aromas and flavors. In fact, only by extracting the oil when the olive is still green can it be guaranteed that the EVOO is of superior quality, despite the significant drop in yield.
- Cladivm Hojiblanco, intense green olive fruitiness, on the nose highlights apple tones, freshly cut green grass, tomato, aromatic herbs, and banana, balanced. And on the palate it is very aromatic, persistent, with a sweet entry, progressing towards bitter notes and moderate spiciness.
- Cladivm Picual, from early harvest, has a high fruitiness of green olive, on the palate it has a sweet entry, medium spiciness, and light bitterness.
- Cladivm Picudo, also from early harvest, has a medium fruitiness of green olive. It also has ripe tones of green grass, apple, and olive leaf, and on the palate, it has a sweet entry, medium spiciness, and light bitterness.
Cladivm, the Mill
Family business, with a history dating back to before the 16th century, privileged lands near the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park. In this specific area, most mills have the Protected Designation of Origin Priego de Córdoba.
In this way, we control the entire process of the fruit, from cultivation on the tree to bottling. Therefore, as good farmers, the production of our EVOO begins in the olive grove. Only by nurturing the land, the tree, and the fruit can the true aromas of nature be achieved.
International Awards
Our EVOO has been internationally recognized in the most prestigious competitions. Among them are the Mario Solinas (IOC, International Olive Council) and the Award from the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment for Best Mill in Spain. In addition to those achieved in Canada, China, Israel, USA, Argentina, and Japan. Finally, it is worth highlighting Lufthansa‘s selection to include CLADIVM in its First Class.
