Verde Esmeralda Imagine oil is harvested after the first night of the harvest, and the olives destined for the entire Premium range are milled.
It presents an aroma of fresh grass and tomato plant, reminiscent of the extensive olive fields. In particular, these oils are greener, with an intense fruity flavor, more density, spiciness, and medium-high bitterness. On the palate, it has a sweet entry, is moderately bitter and slightly spicier, very balanced.
Picual is a highly valued variety for its early production, ease of cultivation, and the quality of the olive oil obtained, highlighting its high proportion of oleic acid.
It is also worth noting that Picual oil has one of the highest concentrations of polyphenols (natural antioxidants beneficial to health). The Royal variety is exclusive and native to the Sierra de Cazorla and provides a sweet fruity touch.
It is found only in the vicinity of the second largest natural park in Europe, the Sierra de Cazorla, Segura, and Las Villas natural park. It is a variety with scarce and fluctuating production, low oil content, but of extraordinary quality.
