Picual
Extra Virgin Olive Oil made exclusively from selected picual olives. Particularly, it is complex in flavor and aroma, with an intense green olive fruitiness featuring notes of tomato, green almond, green fruits, and rosemary. In summary, this is an EVOO with a high complexity in flavor and aroma.
On the nose, it stands out with a very intense green olive fruitiness, with notes of tomato, green almond, green fruits like banana and apple, and aromatic herbs like rosemary. It also exhibits medium fluidity and persistence in the mouth with notes of artichoke, olive leaf, nuts, and an intense flavor of green walnut. In summary, a very balanced extra virgin olive oil with exquisite complexity.

Arbequina
Extra Virgin Olive Oil made exclusively from selected arbequina olives. In particular, it has a high-intensity green fruitiness, chlorophyll, apple, and freshly cut grass.
In the mouth, it is pleasant, powerful yet delicate, harmonious, velvety in texture, astringent and persistent, with bitter and spicy notes at the beginning.

Organic
Extra Virgin Olive Oil made from selected picual and cornicabra olives grown using organic practices. In this case, it has an intense fruitiness with green aromas of fig tree, olive leaf, artichoke, pepper, and green almond.
On the nose, it presents an intense fruitiness dominated by green aromas of fig tree, olive leaf, artichoke, pepper, and green almond (alloza). Finally, in the mouth, it is more bitter than spicy, and the aroma of olive leaf is enhanced via retronasal perception.
