Extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality with D.O.P. Baena. On the palate, La Laguna Fresco olive oil is intense, with a nutty aroma and mild spiciness. Its flavor is smooth, with a soft and slightly bitter finish.
The entire extraction process of our EVOO maintains strict control over all activities we perform. Thus, from rigorous agricultural management to bottling in our own mill.
In particular, we highlight our most precious liquid gold, La Laguna UNFILTERED from the Sierra Subbética, although we produce it only at the beginning of the season (October) and with a limited production.
La Laguna Fresco olive oil is a top-quality product made from hand-harvested olives. In particular, it consists of a blend of Hojiblanca, Picual, and Picudo olives, and its color is golden green.
It is rich in Omega 3 and 6, and monounsaturated fatty acids, which help reduce bad cholesterol. Additionally, it is an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
