EVOO The Fresh Lagoon, with Baena PDOIt is a blend of Hojiblanca, Picual, and Picudo olives, with a greenish-golden color. On the palate it is intense, with a nutty aroma and a mild flavor with a slightly bitter and slightly spicy finish.
Its extraction process is rigorously controlled, from cultivation to packaging at the olive mill.
The brand especially highlights its limited edition The Unfiltered LagoonProduced only at the beginning of the season (October), this oil is rich in Omega 3 and 6, monounsaturated fatty acids (which reduce bad cholesterol), and is an excellent source of vitamins and antioxidants.
