Soler Romero Oil
Soler Romero, from Jaén, produces EVOO in an ideal setting for organic farming at an altitude of 600 meters, with large temperature fluctuations that prevent pests. Its oil mill in the center of the olive grove guarantees milling in under three hours, preventing oxidation and preserving antioxidants.
Its special edition from the first day of the campaign (Picual variety) captures the most authentic flavors of slightly unripe olives. It is a very green EVOO, with intense fruitiness, and a bitter and spicy aftertaste.
Although the yield is lower, the oil is concentrated and full of character, ideal for dressing. It is organically certified by the EU, USA, Japan, and China, and its limited production quickly sells out.
