Aceite Soler Romero
Soler Romero, located in Alcaudete (Aceite de Jaén), a province that produces 25% of the world’s olive oil. The reason is the perfect climate, radiant sun, rainwater, and cold during the winter.
This privileged situation offers an ideal environment for organic farming. Additionally, the olive grove is situated at an average altitude of 600 meters, with significant temperature fluctuations between winter and summer.
This allows for the natural disinfection of our olive trees, safe from pests and diseases without the use of chemicals. The mill is located in the center of the olive grove, allowing us to mill in less than three hours.
In this way, we avoid oxidation and preserve its natural antioxidants and flavor. Exclusively under organic farming techniques, certified by the European Union, the United States, Japan, and China.
First Day of Harvest EVOO
On the first day of harvest, a special edition is produced each year to capture the most authentic flavors of the olive. It is thus a very green Extra Virgin Oil, from less mature olives with intense fruitiness.
The flavor starts smooth and builds, with a bitter and spicy aftertaste in harmony with the intensity of green fruitiness. As a result, we obtain an olive oil with character, full of sensations.
Picual oil, just a small drop of this oil is enough to make a difference in your dishes. It is therefore ideal for dressing salads and fish or on toasted bread. With Soler Romero oil, you won’t need to add any other seasoning!
It’s noteworthy that in the first days of the harvest, the yield is lower, less oil per olive but more concentrated. Additionally, it is presented in an exclusive bottle with a transparent band to appreciate its intense green color.
Keep in mind that the number is limited, so they tend to sell out by mid-February.
