Verde Íbero Royal, also known as Royal de Cazorla for being the only area where it can be found in the Sierra de Cazorla region. An elegant, delicate early green oil with an intense fruitiness, sweet aroma, and flavor notes reminiscent of green almond (alloza), banana, and green apple.
Verde Íbero Frantoio, is a highly valued and renowned variety worldwide for producing Extra Virgin Olive Oil of exceptional quality. It is an early variety with very aromatic, fruity organoleptic characteristics, with slight bitterness and spiciness. The aroma is intense to olive with notes of apple, artichoke, fresh grass, tomato, and almond.
Verde Íbero Picual, is harvested early with an exquisite entry on the palate, very balanced in bitterness and spiciness. It has all the green attributes of the Picual olive, with a harmonious aroma reminiscent of olive leaf, almond, and artichoke.
A premium extra virgin olive oil obtained from a careful selection of the best olive trees from the land of olives par excellence, Jaén. Through cold extraction, a novel system of cooling the olive and paste as well as monitoring and selecting the fruit.
