Olive oil OMed Extra Virgin
A young and dynamic company, with a long tradition, located in Acula (Granada). We control the entire production process from the olive harvest to bottling, the only way to guarantee the highest quality to our final consumer.
Our extra virgins are made using the most modern technology. In addition, they are very early harvest oils, rich in aromas and complex flavors. For this we apply different and innovative techniques:
- Preservation of all our oils with nitrogen to avoid their oxidation
- We extract the olive pits to obtain energy, so that the oil mill can operate in a SUSTAINABLE way
- Cold extraction at a temperature not exceeding 20º
- We use recyclable glass and cardboard in all our packaging
Venchipa S.L. It has been a beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund whose objective is to promote research, technological development and innovation. Thanks to this fund, it has been possible to install an innovative system for the preservation of extra virgin olive oil.
