The EVOO Pago Baldíos San Carlos, 100% Arbequina variety, is produced in the unique microclimate of Cáceres. It is harvested at the perfect moment, 15 days earlier than usual, guaranteeing maximum fruitiness and an outstanding aroma. Its characteristic color is golden.
The oil is obtained by cold extraction without filtering, solely by mechanical procedures. It has minimal acidity (less than 1%), contains no additives, and complies with European regulations.
The oil mill is the legacy of a family dedicated to agriculture since the 17th century, with a philosophy focused on research and quality for a natural and healthy product. The location next to Mount Almanzor contributes to its unique quality.
