Sabor d'Oro Extra Virgin Olive Oil Selection
The olives for SABOR D'ORO Selección de Almazara are harvested with the same meticulousness and care as those for our earlier harvest oils. The key difference is the harvest time, which in this case is carried out during the months of November and DecemberDuring these months, the green olive is mixed with the one that has a purple tinge, a symptom of a more advanced maturity.
Tasting Notes
Initially, a delicate and fresh nose, full of fruity notes of almond and green olive, mingling with aromas of tomato stem and vegetables in a harmonious and extraordinary complexity, perfect for pairing. Later, a beautiful intensity and subtle bitterness, without being aggressive but present.
An attack is apparent. Very fresh and balanced on the palate, round with flavors that remind us of green almond, green grass, artichoke, tomato plant and green apple.
