nº 2 Organic

Premium extra virgin olive oil obtained from pesticide-free plots. Made with 70% Arbequina and 30% Grossal varieties, it presents a lime green color with yellow tones. Its aroma evokes green olives, freshly cut grass, and nuts. On the palate, it is balanced, slightly bitter and peppery, ideal for pairing with salads, fish, and fresh cheeses.

The smoothest extra virgin oil in the Cooperativa de Moixent’s premium range. Crafted with a perfect balance of Arbequina (50%) and Blanqueta (50%) varieties, it features a grass-green tone with yellowish nuances.
