La Maja Oil
This EVOO of the Arbequina variety surprises with its vivacity, dense body, and yellowish-green color. It is harvested at the end of October or beginning of November, when the olive starts to turn color (envero). It is cold-pressed in less than twelve hours, resulting in a low yield but a greater aromatic intensity.
On the nose, notes of tomato plant, artichoke, apple, and grass stand out. On the palate, it is almond-bitter, slightly spicy, sweet, and fluid.
The family oil mill, founded in 1997 near the Ebro River, controls the entire process. The oil holds the numbered SIQEV Seal from QvExtra!, which certifies the highest level of quality. It is offered in various presentations (tins, carafes, dark bottles) to optimize its preservation.

Gran aceite y gran servicio
Para mi, no quiero otro
Nos gusta mucho su sabor.
