EVOO with a green color and golden hues, with notes of freshly cut grass, tomato, and green olive, a smooth entry with slight hints of bitterness and some spiciness. Pleasant aftertaste. Thus, it is a medium-mild and balanced fruity oil, awarded on numerous occasions.
Content of oleic acid averages 70-75%, high polyphenols: 450-600 mg/kg depending on the batch, balanced and stable.
