Pago La Corona Coupage Olive Oil
In 2010, Pago La Corona, became part of the DOP Sierra de Moncayo Olive Oil, with our Cooperative being one of the promoters and founders.
The finest batches are selected to present aromatic and flavorful oils. Bottled under the “Pago La Corona” and “Pago La Corona Mélange” brands.
DOP Sierra de Moncayo Olive Oil was established in 2010. Our Cooperative was one of the promoters and founders. Since then, we have been selecting the best batches to present aromatic and flavorful oils.
The predominant variety in the area is Empeltre, and a significant proportion is Arbequina. These two varieties are the only ones permitted in the Cooperative. Additionally, the excellent soil structure and timely irrigation contribute to optimal fruit ripening.
The harvest takes place from early November to late December.
