Cladivm Hojiblanca and Picudo are the two Monovarietals extracted by Aroden. These are Extra Virgin oils from early harvest and green olives, with the greenest and freshest aromas and flavors. In fact, only extracting the oil when the olive is still green guarantees that the EVOO is of superior quality, despite the fact that the yield drops significantly. Cladivm, 100% Extra Virgin early harvest Hojiblanco Monovarietal Extra Virgin olive oil, early harvest, with an intense fruity of green olives. On the nose, the tones of apple, freshly cut green grass, tomato, aromatic herbs and banana stand out, balanced. On the palate it is very aromatic, persistent, with a sweet entry, progressing towards bitter touches and moderate spiciness. Weevil Monovarietal EVOO, also early harvest, has a medium fruity green olive, with ripe tones of green grass, apple and olive leaf. Likewise, on the palate it has a sweet, medium spicy and slightly bitter entry. PROTECTED DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN “PRIEGO DE CÓRDOBA” Aroden, the oil mill Family business, with a history prior to the 16th century, privileged lands near the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park. In this area, most of the olive mills have the Protected Designation of Origin Priego de Córdoba. We control the entire fruit process, from growing on the tree to bottling. Therefore, as good farmers, the production of our EVOO begins in the olive grove. Pampering the earth, the tree, the fruit, to achieve authentic aromas of nature. Tradition After a demanding selection of the olives, the farmers transport their fruits to our oil mill on a daily basis. We immediately transform the olives into Extra Virgin olive oil in less than 2 hours. During extraction, only mechanical procedures are used, at room temperature. Despite the lower yield of green olives, the early harvest allows us to achieve the purest and most exquisite aromas. Aroden oil At Aroden we only pack Extra Virgin Oil, with a marked personality of exceptional aroma and flavor. This is achieved thanks to the unique local conditions, climate, topography and soil. For this reason, our EVOOs have been internationally recognized in the most prestigious competitions.
