Soler Romero Oil
Soler Romero, located in Alcaudete (Jaén Oil), a province that produces 25% of the world’s olive oil production. Privileged location, an ideal environment for organic farming.
The olive grove is located at an average altitude of 600 meters, with large temperature fluctuations between winter and summer, which makes possible the natural disinfection of pests of our olive trees without using chemical products.
The oil mill is located in the center of the olive grove, which allows us to grind in less than three hours and thus avoid oxidation and preserve its natural antioxidants and flavor.

Very green Extra Virgin Olive Oil, from not very ripe olives and intense fruitiness, a flavour that starts off soft, with a bitter and spicy aftertaste in harmony with the intensity of the green fruitiness. Picual olive oil with character, full of sensations. Ideal for dressing salads and fish or on toast.
During the first days of the campaign, the yield is lower, less quantity of oil per olive but more concentrated.
Their number is limited, so they usually run out in mid-February.
