It is harvested in a unique microclimate 15 days earlier than usual, guaranteeing maximum fruitiness and an outstanding aroma. The olive never touches the ground and is bottled upon request.
The producing family has a heritage in agriculture dating back to the 17th century, focusing on quality and research.
After a difficult start, the oil gained popularity through word-of-mouth and is now served in prestigious hotels (Ritz, NH) and used by chefs like Ferrán Adriá. It is exported to countries like the USA and Japan, and makes an excellent gift due to its careful presentation.
