Los Omeya EVOO Picual and Hojiblanca
Los Omeya EVOO offers two early filtered extra virgin olive oils: Picual and Hojiblanca. By filtering them so early, they exceptionally retain the organoleptic characteristics inherent to each variety. Additionally, thanks to their opaque packaging, we ensure these properties are preserved over time.
The Mill
We are passionate about extra virgin olive oil and focus on producing the highest quality EVOOs, carefully tending to the olives. This means from the field to the mill, and we take great care in their packaging.
The typical varieties of our region are Picual, which is spicy and bitter, full of personality, and Hojiblanca, which is unique, fruity, and very complex.
