Isbilya has a high intensity of fruity, slightly bitter, spicy and evoking almond and even banana. It seduces by the five senses, it comes to our eyes with an intense green color, shining like real emeralds.

ISBILYA, a unique extra virgin olive oil. Coming from a millenary land of olive trees in the Aljarafe area (Seville), since everything that is produced comes from a single farm “El Nogal”. It is a monovarietal of Sikitita, a valuable variety, rich in polyphenols, and unique in the world. The price of this oil is naturally high. It should not be compared to ordinary “virgin oils”.
Isbilya, the oil mill
At the oil mill we respect nature to obtain a superior quality extra virgin olive oil. Our cultivation process has inherited the knowledge of three generations. Modern technologies are also the consequence of studies at prestigious universities and research centers.
The olive trees are located to guarantee that they receive maximum sun on their leaves, which provides a greater amount of fatty acids and a homogeneous ripening of the olive.
It is an oil that should only be consumed raw. And not only because of its price (it would be very expensive to cook with this type of oil) but because only raw can all its nuances and aromas be appreciated. A real treat for the senses!
