Morellana Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The aroma of Morellana oil Picuda is fruity intense green and fresh olive, of great complexity and harmony, with fruity notes of apple and banana, highlighting the green almond for its intensity.
Its entry into the mouth is very sweet, characteristic of the Picuda variety, with almond and herbaceous notes of green wheat being appreciated on the front.
Going to the back you can see the green banana, the apple, the tomato and the artichoke, the bitterness is almost imperceptible and with a very slight final itching.
This oil is indicated for arugula salads, oven-roasted artichokes and roasted meats (for a spicy flavor).
Hojiblanca Morellana
Its aroma is intensely fruity green olive, highly complex and harmonious, with herbaceous notes of freshly cut hay and wild grass, highlighting green banana and green almond for their intensity. Its entrance in the mouth is sweet, appreciating in the anterior part the olive leaf.
Going to the back you can see the medium bitterness and the artichoke with a very persistent intense and balanced final itching, characteristic of the variety hojiblanca.
A very versatile oil that can be used on fish, chicken, all vegetables and mature cheeses.
Morellana Picual
Its aroma is intense fruity green olive, highly complex, with fruity notes of green apple, fig tree and green banana. Its entrance in the mouth is sweet, appreciating in the previous part the herbaceous notes of olive leaf and freshly cut grass.
Going to the back, the olive leaf and green banana can be appreciated again, medium-high spicy and bitter, and to finish, a pleasant astringency sensation.
It goes perfectly with artichokes, salads and surprisingly with dark chocolate.
