Morellana Picuda
The aroma of Morellana Picuda oil is intensely fruity of fresh green olives, of great complexity and harmony. In particular, it has fruity notes of apple and banana, highlighting the green almond for its intensity.
Its entry into the mouth is very sweet, characteristic of the Picuda variety, appreciating the almond in the front part. On the other hand, the green banana, apple and tomato plant are appreciated, almost imperceptible bitterness and a slight final itch.
This oil is suitable for rocket salads, oven-roasted artichokes, and roasted meats (for a spicy flavor).
Hojiblanca
Its aroma is of intense fruitiness of green olives, of great complexity and harmony, with herbaceous notes. Thus, the green banana and almond stand out for their intensity.
Its entry into the mouth is sweet, appreciating the olive leaf in the front part.
At the back you can see the bitter middle and the artichoke with a very persistent intense and balanced final spiciness. They are in fact characteristic attributes of the hojiblanca variety.
It is a very versatile oil that can be used on fish, chicken, all vegetables and mature cheeses.
Picual
Its aroma is intense fruitiness of green olives, with fruity notes of green apple, fig and green banana.
The entry into the mouth is sweet, appreciating in the anterior part the herbaceous notes of olive leaf.
It goes perfectly with artichokes, salads and surprisingly with dark chocolate.
